Dr Muhammed-Ameen Moosa began his career at the University of Witwatersrand, where he received his medical degree in 2002. He went on to complete a Diploma in Primary Emergency Care in 2005 before completing a Diploma in Anaesthetics from the College of Medicine of South Africa, in 2006. Dr Moosa continued his medical education by completing a fellowship in Dermatology in 2012 and opened his own independent dermatology practice in the same year. Dr Moosa also holds a degree in Pharmacy from the University of Witwatersrand, as well as a Travel Medicine certification from SASTM. He is a member of the Health Professions Council of South Africa and the Medical and Dental Professions Board.
